We collect only what is needed to sell, deliver and service hardware: your name, company details, GSTIN, billing and shipping addresses, contact numbers and order history. Payment instrument details are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners and are never stored on Netlio servers.
We do not sell or rent customer data. Information is shared only with logistics partners for delivery, with our finance systems for GST reporting, and where a lawful request requires it. Order and device data is retained for the statutory period applicable to warranty and tax records.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion of anything outside our statutory retention duty by writing to privacy@netlio.in. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
Placing an order on Netlio creates a contract for the specific serial-numbered units listed on your invoice. Product images are representative of the model and condition grade; the exact chassis you receive is recorded against its serial number in your account.
Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise and are held for the validity period printed on your quotation. Delivery timelines follow the tier selected at checkout and are counted in working days from payment realisation. Title passes on delivery; risk passes on dispatch and is covered by transit insurance.
Warranty, AMC and return entitlements are governed by the Returns and Replacement Policy published on our support page. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Every Netlio order ships with a GST compliant tax invoice showing your registered business name, GSTIN, place of supply, HSN codes and the serial number of each unit supplied. Refurbished networking and computing hardware is invoiced under the applicable HSN heads with tax charged at the prevailing rate.
Because we invoice as a registered supplier, the GST you pay is fully eligible as input tax credit where the equipment is used for business purposes. Add your GSTIN to your company profile before checkout so the invoice is raised correctly and reflects in your GSTR-2B in the same return period.
Credit notes for returns reverse the original tax entry and are issued the day inbound QC clears, so your books and our filings stay reconciled. For purchase orders, rate contracts or e-invoicing IRN queries, write to accounts@netlio.in.
